I was watching the movie “Green Street Hooligans” last night for the hundredth time and this quote by Elijah Wood’s character Matt Buckner really stuck out :

So I thought I would share this with you in hopes you might enjoy it as much as i did or get something out of it as well. That last line was what really hit me hard and is how i feel today especially when it comes to the world of BDSM and playing in it. Through pain my body gets taken to a certain level of ecstacy/clarity you could say and i want to keep inching yourself above that bar or threshold that i have already seen so i may see and feel what lies in that next corridor just right around the corner. I find myself doing that all the time where i may be scared to try a certain fetish or instrument of pain and also pleasure but once i try and push myself to experience what it has to offer then all the fear goes away and i almost feel silly for not trying it sooner then i had.  I then want to keep pushing my body and mind to the utmost extreme conditions that it can take and then go right past that until i am more then broken down and in complete subspace as i know when starting anything new that there is always something far greater to be experienced and felt when i just let myself go and stop worrying about all the what ifs.  I am sure we all have way more then enough things to worry about and stress on in our day to day lives that is on our minds every minute of every fucking day and if we do not have a way to escape those thoughts and worries and they keep building sky high then it will eventually make anyone snap in not a good way. For me if i am not able to be taken or experience these places that my body and mind do not know about or have only heard from in books or tales then honestly i would go completely INSANE! hygfdtcfghvbjknhiudrtesdzfxghiujokplkmjihuersd =D
